Frankel appliances sit mostly in the vestibule. Buccal shields and lip pads hold the cheeks and lips off the dentition so the tongue can widen the arch, while the construction bite holds the mandible in its new position.
We build FR-2 for Class II and FR-3 for Class III to your construction bite. These are wire-intensive appliances; send clear scans of the sulcus depth on both arches.
