G-Force Night Guard

The night guard designed on the scan and printed in Keystone KeySplint. Every point the thickness you prescribed, the bite set before it is made, and a replacement that is the same guard again. Hard for the grinder, soft for the patient who will not wear hard.

  • The thickness you asked for, everywhere

A pressure-formed guard thins over the cusps. A printed one is the thickness you specified at every point, because the thickness is in the design.

  • Occlusion set before it exists

The scheme is built against the opposing scan, flat plane or with guidance, and printed that way. Less grinding-in at the chair.

  • Identical on remake

Lost, worn or chewed through: the file is kept, and the replacement is the same guard. No new impression, no drift.

  • Resins made for this

KeySplint Hard and Soft are night guard resins, not general printing resins. Both are FDA 510(k) cleared for splints and night guards.

Two guards

Hard for the grinder. Soft for the patient who won’t wear hard.

Rigid · KeySplint Hard

G-Force Night Guard · Hard

For heavy bruxers and anyone who has broken a guard before. Rigid and highly abrasion resistant, with wear reported equal to lab-processed acrylic, and fracture resistant where most printed resins are brittle.

Which one

Pick by the patient, not the material.

Most practices settle on one and prescribe it for everyone. The patients who come back with a guard in a drawer are usually the ones who got the wrong hardness.

Heavy grinder, broken guards before
Hard
First guard, or gags on bulk
Soft
Protecting new restorations
Hard
Daytime clencher who needs to talk
Soft, thin

Scan, bite, hard or soft.

That is the whole prescription. Scans or impressions, either is fine. If you are not sure which guard, say so and we will recommend.
