Laminated
Two or three layers of EVA pressure-laminated over the athlete's model. The guard every team dentist knows: a firm lingual plate behind the incisors, a thick labial where the hits land, trimmed so it stays in without clenching.
Printed · New
Designed on the scan and printed in Keystone KeyGuard. Thickness goes where it is needed, over the incisors and the contact points, and comes out where bulk only gets in the way of breathing and talking.
