Send us a case

Scan or impressions, a bite where the design needs one, and a signed prescription. If anything on the Rx is left open, a technician calls your practice before the case is started.

Download the Rx form or call 866-437-4361.

The NTI covers four incisors on one arch and carries a single discluding element the opposing incisors rest on. With no posterior or canine contact the temporalis and masseter cannot fully load, which is the mechanism behind its use for clenching, bruxism and tension-type headache.

We make it in hard acrylic or light-cured resin to your specification, upper or lower. Because it is small, retention and the exact position of the stop matter: send a bite at the vertical you want and tell us the arch. It is a short-term or supervised appliance; tell the patient so.
