Scan or impressions, a bite where the design needs one, and a signed prescription. If anything on the Rx is left open, a technician calls your practice before the case is started.

A 1 to 1.5 mm hard acrylic splint covering the full upper arch, with a flat anterior platform that the lower incisors and canines meet in even, simultaneous contact. The posteriors are discluded. Worn for a few days to a few weeks, it releases the elevator muscles so the condyles seat, which is why it is used to find and record centric relation before a restorative case.

Ask for it with an anterior guidance ramp and it becomes the full-contact splint with anterior guidance, the long-term night appliance from the same school. Tell us which you want, the arch and the bite.
