The Spring Retainer incorporates an active wire-and-acrylic design around the anterior teeth. When prescribed with a tooth setup, the appliance can provide gentle corrective forces while maintaining the overall arch position.
It is commonly used for minor rotations, crowding, or relapse involving the anterior teeth.
