This appliance is designed digitally and printed, then finished at the bench. The thickness is the thickness you prescribed at every point, and the file is kept, so a replacement is the same appliance again.

A thermoformed guard is one thickness everywhere. A printed one is designed: thicker over the incisors and where a stick or an elbow lands, thinner where bulk only gets in the way of breathing and speech. KeyGuard is Keystone's resin made for exactly this.
It is tested for the abuse a season delivers — high tear strength, high impact strength, and elongation that lets it flex rather than split. Biocompatibility passes ISO 10993 cytotoxicity, sensitisation and irritation.
Scan once and reprint on demand: a lost guard mid-season is a reprint from the file, and a whole team can be done from one set of scans. White, black, purple, green or red.
