Made over the athlete's scan or impression from pre-laminated EVA sheet under pressure, so the layers fuse without air and the fit is exact. A firm lingual plate behind the incisors spreads impact; the labial is thick where the hits land and trimmed clear of the frenum so it stays in without clenching.

Solid colours, dual and tri-colour laminates and glitter, with a name or number set into the guard. Ask for a strap loop for helmet sports. Team sessions: scan the squad once and the guards ship together.
