Sintered Distalizer Anchorage
Printed anchorage for pendulum and distalizing designs, with the springs and acrylic added at the bench.
Laser Sintered Appliances
The Hawley, printed. Palate, clasps and labial bow in one piece of sintered metal — no acrylic to crack, no wire to work loose.

Bands, arms and arch are grown as one piece in cobalt-chrome or stainless steel. No separators, no band fitting, no solder joints. Send a scan and the design comes back fitted to it.
Digital · Scan or impression
Scan or impressions, a bite where the design needs one, and a signed prescription. If anything on the Rx is left open, a technician calls your practice before the case is started.

A conventional Hawley is acrylic with wires embedded in it, and the two fail differently: acrylic cracks, wires loosen where they enter it. Printing the whole retainer in metal removes both. The palate is a thin sintered plate that follows the rugae from the scan, and the clasps and bow grow out of it as part of the same print.
It is noticeably thinner than an acrylic palate, which patients feel immediately in speech, and it cleans like a piece of metal rather than a piece of plastic. Because it is designed from the scan, retention is set on the actual undercuts of the actual teeth.
Upper and lower are both available. Prescribe the clasping and bow you would on a conventional Hawley; the design carries them across.
