Laser Sintered Appliances
All-Metal Sintered Hawley
A Hawley with the palate, clasps and bow printed as one piece of metal — thin, rigid and impossible to snap at a solder joint.
Laser Sintered Appliances
The expander that seats in one visit: printed bands and arms in a single frame, screw fitted at the bench.

Laser sintered
Bands, arms and arch are grown as one piece in cobalt-chrome or stainless steel. No separators, no band fitting, no solder joints. Send a scan and the design comes back fitted to it.
Digital · Scan or impression
Scan or impressions, a bite where the design needs one, and a signed prescription. If anything on the Rx is left open, a technician calls your practice before the case is started.
Download the Rx form or call 866-437-4361.
Every conventional expander starts with a separator appointment and a band-fitting appointment, and every one has soldered joints. The sintered version has none of that. Band coverage is designed on the scan to clear the contacts and the gingiva, the arms and connector print with the bands as one piece, and the screw is fitted and checked at the bench.
At delivery it is cemented, not fitted: a thin layer of band cement and one motion to seat. Occlusal windows over the first molars let you confirm it is down and give a debanding plier something to grip at removal.
