The DNA Appliance is the Vivos daytime-nighttime design: a removable appliance with expansion screws and a 3-D axial spring, worn 12 to 16 hours a day through the treatment period. Instead of advancing the mandible each night, it sets out to widen and develop the upper arch so the airway has more room permanently.
