The mRNA adds mandibular repositioning to the DNA design. Cantilever arms off the upper appliance hold the lower jaw forward while the patient sleeps, so the appliance does two things at once: develops the arch and keeps the airway open tonight. The mmRNA is the modified version with the arms set for the range the provider specifies.
