This appliance is designed digitally and printed, then finished at the bench. The thickness is the thickness you prescribed at every point, and the file is kept, so a replacement is the same appliance again.

Like the D-SAD, the X3 is designed digitally and printed in medical-grade nylon, with no acrylic to bulk the palate. Panthera describes it as a strong, lightweight dorsal-fin appliance with a clip-on titration system, undercut retention in place of ball clasps, and no metal parts.
We order it on your prescription. Panthera designs it in its own software from your scan, and the design file stays with Panthera.
